Exhibition & Auction: SRAM pART Project
SRAM pART PROJECT transforms bike parts into art that makes a difference and a big splash, too.
For the New York City event, 95 noted artists will contribute original pieces created from SRAM components – including, for the first time, works of collage as well as sculpture. The artworks will be featured in a juried gallery exhibition, then sold at a gala live auction event. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to World Bicycle Relief.
First- and second-place prizes will be awarded in the collage and sculpture categories. There will also be one overall grand-prize winner, who will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Africa to witness the work of World Bicycle Relief firsthand.
